We built TripTribe because the hardest part of trying something new usually isn't the activity. It's not having anyone to do it with.
Most apps built for "meeting people" are built for dating. TripTribe isn't that. It's for the trek you keep meaning to do, the sport you'd play more if you had a squad, the craft you'd try if you weren't the only one interested. Those are the things that are genuinely better with other people, and just don't happen when you're waiting to find them alone.
So we built a place where anyone can host a real activity, anyone can browse it without an account, and joining takes a login wall exactly once, right when you actually want in. No swiping, no small talk for the sake of it, no pressure. Just people who are into the same thing you are, showing up for it together.
